Concrete

As architectural concrete serves both aesthetic and structural purposes for a building it is imperative that products used on this medium do not weaken or damage the structural integrity. Typical needs include cleaners, final washes, etching, grinding aids for polishing, and sealants. Belsyn provides all of these effective solutions with the added benefits of being eco-friendly, non-toxic and non-fuming. Increase the efficiency of polishing concrete with our chemical grinding aid. As well as find the ideal cleaner and sealant for every paver type in your Hardscape. Klean Reveal™ is a specialty etching product to reveal aggregate in finished concrete. We also provide homeowners and facility managers general cleaners for architectural concrete maintenance.

Masonry

Brick, stone, and concrete masonry all require ideal solutions for each type and each stage of the installation process. Whether a contractor or mason we provide you with ideal tool and equipment maintenance. Without environmentally harsh chemicals we have created an effective grout cleaner, Grout Klean™, specifically powered to clean tough grout soil without harmful fumes. Grout sealants are necessary to protect your grout and we have the best on the market with our Grout Seal™ product. We also provide an efflorescence remover, Efflores™, to remove mineral or salt deposits on either brick or stone. This product is color safe so will not bleach surfaces. As always our commitment to safe, effective products applies to all solutions in our grout line. For your masonry tools we have maintenance products including Remove™ which safely and effectively removes excess mortar from tools and equipment. This product also is useful for removing any excess mortar from installations to provide a sleek finish.

Concrete

The most versatile and employed building material is concrete. While its use is ever expanding the required tools to effectively etch, clean and seal it remain of paramount importance. We provide the solutions to etch a surface or slab of concrete prior to the application of color stains or sealant. This solution is employable primarily by contractors but can be managed by a handy homeowner. The Klean Etch™ etching solution is non-toxic, and non-fuming making it a safe and effective solution in any area of the interior or exterior of the building. A general cleaner can be utilized for day to day cleaning maintenance such as Klean™, and we offer a wide range of specialty cleaners for more specific needs. Remove™ is a product that will remove excess concrete from over-pours, spills, as well as tools. Our sealers can be utilized for any type of concrete and also boast our eco-friendly non-toxic compliance.

GFRC

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete is primarily used in exterior building facade panels. Belsyn provides an etching solution, Finish™, that effectively and evenly etches before applying a coating or sealer. GFRC is delicate, making even etching difficult resulting in uneven surface porosity that won’t effectively bind with coatings. Our solution can work on both horizontal and vertical surfaces such as wall paneling or exterior molding. The foam version of Finish™ adheres effectively to complex shapes and provides even etching on any surface. Sealing GFRC after etching is a breeze with Beslyn’s line of sealers.

Maintenance

Finish maintenance for buildings most often relies on facility managers to choose the proper cleaners for each appropriate surface. Our expert knowledge in building fabrication spawned a line of cleaners that are eco-friendly, and non-toxic perfect for the every-day user to upkeep restaurants, stores, malls, and large corporate buildings. The general cleaners, Klean™, has a deodorizing feature perfect to combat pesky odors lingers from bacteria. Kitchen floors, concrete by dumpsters, bathrooms, or any other odorous surface can benefit from Klean™ and it has the added benefit of being non-fuming and will not irritate the skin of the user. Our degreasers and stone cleaners assist with cleaning floors in high traffic areas, and are 100% biodegradable so can be rinsed directly down floor drains.

Pre-Cast

For architectural application, visible pre-cast concrete requires the removal of efflorescence to ensure a uniform look and feel. Our product Efflores™ effectively removes any white scale or white mineral leaking from the concrete and is color safe. Sealers from our line of eco-safe Belsyn sealers can be used to protect the pre-cast elements, while our general cleaner, Klean™, is perfect for all pre and post installation washes and lifetime maintenance.
